In 2023, Central Specialties took on a major infrastructure improvement project along Minnesota Highway 34 in Becker County, delivering high-quality results that showcased our expertise and commitment to excellence. This nearly $16 million project involved extensive asphalt paving, grading, and milling operations, with a strong focus on precision and efficiency.

Project Highlights:

• Asphalt Paving: Approximately 125,000 tons of asphalt were placed to ensure a smooth, long-lasting roadway surface.
• Grading Work: Around 72,000 cubic yards of grading were completed to optimize road stability and drainage.
• Milling Operations: About 63,000 tons of milling were performed to prepare the roadway for resurfacing.
• Aggregate Production: Over 200,000 tons of aggregate materials were crushed and produced, contributing to the strength and durability of the final product.
